The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Upgrading) programme is designed for registered nurses who hold a Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) or Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN) certificate and wish to upgrade their professional qualification to degree level. The programme builds on existing clinical knowledge and practice to develop advanced nursing competencies, research skills and leadership capacity in healthcare settings.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must be registered nurses with a valid Kenya Nursing Council licence. Candidates should hold a KRCHN or KRN certificate from a recognised training institution and have a minimum of two years of post-registration clinical experience.
