Professional biography
Dr. Hillman J. K McOkwiri holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Design from Stanford University, an MA in Political Science and Public Administration from LSE, and dual degrees in Law and Politics from LMU Munich. He is a behavioral economist and product innovation expert with over 15 years of experience across Africa and the Middle East, with expertise spanning fintech, financial inclusion, digital payments, clean energy, and development finance. He chairs the Finance, Infrastructure, Human Resource & Planning (FIHR&P) Committee of Council.
