PROSPER Project Seeks Independent External Evaluator to Assess Project Implementation

The PROSPER Project is recruiting an independent external evaluator to review the quality of its management and implementation. The evaluator will assess progress across all work packages, review financial management processes and provide an independent perspective on the project outcomes to date. This evaluation forms a mandatory quality assurance component of the Erasmus+-funded PROSPER initiative — Promoting Opportunities and Strengthening Partnerships for Enhanced Internationalisation between Europe and Kenya. The project, which runs from 2025 to 2028, brings together the Open University of Kenya, the University of Eldoret, Europa-Universität Viadrina (Germany), Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and TCC Africa. The external evaluator will be expected to produce a structured evaluation report with findings and recommendations to inform future project phases.
