University Funding Opportunities for the 2023 KCSE Cohort

The Ministry of Education announced that the Higher Education Funding portal will open on June 15, allowing 2023 KCSE students to apply for financial aid before university admissions in September. This follows a directive from Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu to the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and the Universities Fund (UF) to make the portal accessible to eligible students.
