Overview

Strengthening Teacher Digital Competence is a practical professional development course designed to equip educators with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to integrate digital technologies into teaching and learning responsibly, ethically and effectively. The course introduces participants to teacher digital competence, smart education, digital literacy, technology-enhanced learning, digital citizenship, responsible use of technology and ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI). Learning is self-paced and supported through guided digital resources, practical activities, reflection exercises and assessments. It is aligned to the internationally recognised European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu).
