This programme equips participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies to prevent, manage, and resolve conflict through mediation. Delivered through a blend of live virtual sessions and self-paced learning, the course covers the dynamics of conflict, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the foundations and practice of mediation, and advanced mediation techniques — culminating in a video-recorded capstone mediation exercise. Participants who successfully complete the course are awarded a Professional Mediation Course Certificate of Completion, jointly issued by Scopetalk Consultancy Ltd and the Open University of Kenya (OUK).
