OUK STRENGTHENS INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF BRUSSELS

The Open University of Kenya (OUK) continues to cement its position as a leading fully online university in Africa through international partnerships that advance innovation, research and access to funding.

During a recent engagement with officials from the University of Brussels (VUB), the Vice Chancellor, Prof Elijah Omwenga, explored new avenues for collaboration in Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, academic innovation and infrastructure development.

VUB reaffirmed its commitment to support OUK in accessing international funding opportunities and capacity-building programs aimed at strengthening its systems. This collaboration slot thailand is expected to accelerate the University’s strategic agenda of leveraging technology to bridge educational gaps and empower learners across Sub-Saharan Africa.

In addition, potential infrastructure support targeting technology-challenged populations was discussed, with the goal of expanding access to quality higher education.
