AI in Management and Accountability
The course AI in Management and Accountability is designed to equip managers, public leaders, and organizational decision-makers with the knowledge and practical skills required to apply artificial intelligence responsibly in management, performance oversight, and accountability systems.
As AI increasingly influences planning, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making, leaders must ensure that intelligent systems enhance transparency, efficiency, and ethical governance rather than undermine human judgment and responsibility.
