The course Resilience in an Organization is designed to equip leaders, managers, and professionals with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks required to build and sustain resilient organizations in the face of uncertainty, disruption, and change.
In an era characterized by economic shocks, technological disruption, public health crises, and governance challenges, organizational resilience has become a critical leadership capability. This course focuses on strengthening adaptive capacity, continuity, risk awareness, and learning culture, enabling organizations to anticipate shocks, respond effectively, and recover stronger.
