Mr.Eliud Khayo

Mr. Eliud Khayo holds an MSc and BSc in Economics from the University of Nairobi, and is pursuing a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Project Planning and Management. He is a seasoned researcher and economic policy analyst with expertise in public investment management and financial analysis. He serves as Principal Investment Officer at the National Treasury, and has worked as Lead Consultant at Lesar Consults, serving World Bank and Ministry of Health clients. He represents the Principal Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning on the OUK Governing Council.
