Mr.John Kiria

Mr. John Kiria holds an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from the European Business Institute of Luxembourg and an MSc in Information Technology (Information System Security and Audit) from Strathmore University, along with professional certifications in Project Management, Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, and AI. He serves as Director of ICT at the State Department for ICT and Digital Economy (Partnership, Research and Emerging Technology Division), with over 20 years of combined public and private sector experience. He leads the development of national policies on e-commerce, digital entrepreneurship, AI, BPO, and digital trade, and oversees the National E-Commerce Strategy, AI Strategy, Digital Economy Blueprint, and BPO Policy.
