CPSJoseph Musinga

Mr. Musinga has over fifteen years of experience in Administration and Human Resource. He holds an MBA (HRM) from the University of Kabianga and a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Moi University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management at OUK. He is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K), a practicing HR professional and a member of IHRM. As the Head of Administration and HR, he leads HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, staff development, employee relations, policy implementation and institutional compliance, while supporting strategic planning and governance. He is also the Secretary to the University Management Board (UMB).
